Recently at a kindergarten recital, I was shocked to find they had invested in truly quality stacking chairs for the lunchroom.  We never had these nice of chairs when my own children were in school and I had to go to the Christmas programs.  Granted my grandchildren attend a nice private school so indirectly, my daughter helps pay for it. But as a senior citizen, I surely appreciated the fact that while listening to questionable note carrying by five-year old musical geniuses, I was sitting in the lap of luxury.  I just wanted to thank the school for going the extra mile where chairs were concerned.
