When I decided to take a trip to the US, I realized that there was a possibility that I would have to come back early because my mother was sick. Wow! That African kosher safari we had sure was a blast! My kids had the time of their life. My youngest son, aged 5, just told me that his favorite part of our ten-day tour was the walk with the baboons. On day 4, after spending the day touring Victoria Falls in Zambia, we took a transfer flight to Cape Town. This is where we had the walk with the baboons. My son was not afraid of these primates at all. It sure was a fascinating once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! We got to see them in their own territory – we watched them eat, play and socialize with each other as well as with the human visitors.
