When we decided it was time to get a bigger house, we did a lot of comparison shopping for real estate.  When we found the house we wanted, we needed new furniture.  We especially needed beds as we now had four bedrooms instead of two.  We have one son and two daughters.  Our girls wanted bunk beds, so we went online and started comparison shopping for bunk beds.  We were pleasantly surprised to find bunk beds for sale at prices we could swallow.  I was so pleased, I even replaced our old bed with a new one.  Now we have all new beds in the new house.
