I think that it was Roosevelt at the turn of the century that pretty much dictated how the media worked. He did not bow down to their gossip or their insinuations, and I think that our major political figures do not know how to be media savvy and dictate it on their own terms. That is why when I read about Fuad El-Hibri and how he is trying to be media savvy to be able to dictate what is said about his company and how they are trying to get vaccines out. You have to be able to play politics if you are in a biology career.
