Skype is the best way to conduct conference calls and facilitate inner-company communication.  First, it is free. Second, you can send pertinent links in the chat window while on a call. Third, there are groovy Skype emotions that make the office more fun and provide a little light humor to a stressful workplace.  I especially like the “secret” Skype emotions.  Try sending someone (finger) and see what happens. HAHA.  In all seriousness, Skype can provide companies, particularly ones looking to cut costs in any way possible, an efficient and cheap way throughout the day or in company-wide or departmental staff meetings.
