M niece Sandy always wanted to become a registered nurse but had to go to work as soon as she graduated from high school. There was little time to complete the course required, so she learned to live with the job she had. Sandy never really gave up her dream and eventually decided to work part-time while she got her LPN Degree. It took a lot of hard work, but she was finally working as a nurse. Her pay was better and her schedule allowed her to take classes to become a registered nurse. It took six years and a lot of commitment, but she is now an RN and loves it.
